I’m currently accepting new clients for both long-term (weekly meal prep, family cooking) and short-term (event catering, special dinners). Based in Sag Harbor, I’m available to travel to nearby Hamptons locations and Manhattan for occasional events.

With years of experience running kitchens for Tom Colicchio's NYC restaurants, I focus on seasonal ingredients and creating healthy, delicious dishes. As a former Executive Chef at The Cellar at Beecher’s Handmade Cheese, I love crafting pairing menus with artisanal products.
